The Account Coordinator will support the Account Managers and the sales team in maintaining client relationships, managing project details, and ensuring the successful execution of events.


  • Assist Account Managers in cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty, retention, and new business opportunities.

  • Support the sales with administrative functions as necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist in coordinating project details.

  • Monitor and track deliverables providing regular updates to Account Managers.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress.

  • Assist in the organization and execution of client meetings, site visits, and event logistics.

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.

  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for client proposals and event concepts.


  • Experience – A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably within the events industry or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Detail-oriented – You have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all project elements are accurate and aligned with client expectations.

  • Communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to clients and team members.

  • Multi-tasker – You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player – You work well in a collaborative team setting, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.

  • Computer savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

  • Flexibility – You are willing to work irregular hours and/or travel as required by client deliverables and deadlines.

  • Eager – You are self-motivated and take the initiative to support the sales team and contribute to the success of BUZZ.
