Account COORDINATOR
The Account Coordinator will support the Account Managers and the sales team in maintaining client relationships, managing project details, and ensuring the successful execution of events.
Responsibilities:

Assist Account Managers in cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty, retention, and new business opportunities.

Support the sales with administrative functions as necessary.

Collaborate with internal teams to assist in coordinating project details.

Monitor and track deliverables providing regular updates to Account Managers.

Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress.

Assist in the organization and execution of client meetings, site visits, and event logistics.

Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for client proposals and event concepts.
Qualifications:

Experience – A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably within the events industry or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Detail-oriented – You have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all project elements are accurate and aligned with client expectations.

Communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to clients and team members.

Multi-tasker – You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Computer savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Flexibility – You are willing to work irregular hours and/or travel as required by client deliverables and deadlines.
