EVENT CREW

​The Event Crew play a crucial role in setting up and striking events, ensuring that every aspect of the event productions meets BUZZ’s high-quality standards.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and teardown of event sites, including loading and unloading equipment and setting up event elements.

• Work closely with event coordinators, designers, and other crew members to ensure the accurate and timely execution of event plans.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during setup, event operation, and teardown.

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all crew members and event attendees.

• Adapt to changes in event plans or schedules as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and other event stakeholders, representing BUZZ's commitment to exceptional experiences.

• Perform additional event-related tasks as assigned by event coordinators or supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Experience - Previous experience in event production, setup, and teardown is preferred but not required.

• Flexible - Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by the event schedule.

• Endurance - Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.

• Good Communicator - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and event stakeholders.

• Detailed - Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

• Team Player - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
