Overview: As a Blooms and Details Designer at BUZZ, you will be an integral part of our floral and table design team, supporting the Blooms and Details Director in executing the creative vision for our events. Your role will involve assisting with floral arrangements, managing table decor assets, and ensuring the flawless execution of event setups. You will work closely with the Director and other team members to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Assist in Floral Design Operations:

    • Support the Blooms and Details Director in all aspects of floral department operations, ensuring the highest quality of work in every project.

    • Aid in the production of floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative installations as well as processing of fresh florals.

    • Assist in handling floral materials, maintaining freshness, quality, and aesthetic.

  2. Table Decor Management:

    • Manage table decor assets, including votives, vessels, and tablescapes, under the direction of the Director.

    • Ensure all table decor elements are prepared and set up according to the provided design plans.

    • Create and execute solutions for transport of floral materials to and from locations.

  3. Collaboration and Creative Input:

    • Collaborate with the Director and other team members to bring creative concepts to life, contributing ideas and suggestions as needed.

    • Assist in creating floral designs that complement the overall event theme and enhance the guest experience.

  4. Execution and Coordination:

    • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all floral and decor elements are installed correctly and safely.

    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials, following the guidance of the Director.

    • Help maintain inventory and organization of floral supplies and decor items.

  5. Communication and Teamwork:

    • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth execution of events.

    • Support a positive and collaborative work environment, assisting colleagues as needed to meet project deadlines and objectives.


  • Experience: Previous experience in floral design, event setup, or a related field is preferred.

  • Creativity: Demonstrated creativity and an eye for design.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.

  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
