CONCEPTUAL RENDERER

The Conceptional Renderer is responsible for creating high-quality visualizations and renderings of event concepts, working closely with our sales, design and production teams to bring innovative ideas to life. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to develop visually stunning and engaging event concepts that effectively convey the client's vision.

  • Create detailed and accurate renderings of event spaces, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models, using industry-standard software.

  • Utilize various design techniques, such as sketching, digital painting, and photorealistic rendering, to create a wide range of visualizations that effectively communicate event concepts.

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing clear explanations of visual concepts and answering questions as needed.

  • Review and incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine renderings and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continuously improve and expand your skillset.

  • Contribute to the overall creative process and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the team.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in conceptual rendering, preferably within the events industry or a related field. 

  • Computer savvy – Expertise in industry-standard design software, such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar programs.

  • Creative - Strong artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, composition, and aesthetics.

  • Organized – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.  

  • Good communicator – Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex visual concepts to clients and internal teams.

  • Flexible – Able to shift work and priorities as needed. Hours will sometimes include nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

  • Team Player - A collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
